Do you offer a 30 day money back guarantee policy?

No, we do not offer refunds for our monthly subscription. However, if you purchase our annual plan and do NOT use our custom done-for-you migration services, we are happy to pro-rate you the unused amount of services to your original card.

What happens if I want to cancel?

You can easily cancel at anytime from inside our CRM or by emailing: [email protected] and we will gladly cancel your subscription! You’ll no longer have access to everything in your account but don’t worry, we’ll keep it safe for up to 90 days in case you ever decide to return!

Accounts inactive for more than 90 days will be deleted and cannot be restored

Can I upgrade or change my plan?

Absolutely! you’re welcome to upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime.

How does Email and SMS Re-billing work?

Unlike most providers out there, we only charge you for what you use at a FRACTION of the cost for most.For reference: $10 will give you about 9525 emails or 665 SMS messages.

If you plan on sending more than 30k emails per month, we recommend purchasing the EXPERT plan for a flat rate cost. (SMS Re-billing will still apply)

Will you really migrate ALL my content over from my other platforms?

100% when you pay in full for the year for any plan, we will offer a complimentary full migration for all of your courses, funnels, email automations and calendars. (Websites are not included) *offer only available to annual plans, as you can imagine, it’s quite a workload to migrate everything over which is why we have a strict no refund policy upon doing a full migration

Can I use my own custom domain?

YES you have the ability to use an unlimited number of custom domains on every plan so you never have to worry about our branding showing up on your sites or funnels.

Can I use my own email provider?

You’re more than welcome to use any SMTP provider you’d like or you can have your email hosting through our private server!

Where are the websites hosted?

We host all our sites inside of the CRM on our own Google Cloud Server. Without getting too technical, you can build any site you want and we’ll host it for you!
